Fiber Optic Entry Box Installation Instructions

Fiber optic entrance box is commonly used in smart home wiring, home LAN, home appliances and other intelligent projects. 1. Fiber entry boxes to various information points (telephone, broadband, ITV, cable TV, etc.) need to be embedded with PVC plastic pipes of corresponding specifications and quantities for protection. Different sizes of profiles such as φ15-φ25 are used depending on the number of cables. When the plastic pipe is embedded, the S bend and right angle bend should be reduced. During the construction, foreign matter should be prevented from entering the pipe, and the wire pull line should be put in a timely manner. Attention should be paid to the moisture blocking of the pipe mouth.

2. The home wiring should be networked in a star-type manner, with a single straight cable between the information box and the information point, and there must be no joints in the middle. Avoid loops, water soaking, and damage to foreign objects when laying cables. The cable specifications should match the module model.

3. In order to facilitate the installation and maintenance, the indoor wiring penetrates into the box of the information box, and 300mm of redundancy must be reserved. In the information box, 150mm of redundancy must be reserved.

4. Each cable is recommended to identify the corresponding room and position identification plate at the end of the fiber entry box to facilitate future installation and maintenance.

5. The wiring panel interface of all cables at one end of the room must be connected to the terminal according to the standard T568B card. In the end of the fiber entry box must be made in accordance with the T568B standard RJ45 crystal head, when the business is opened, according to the actual needs of telecommunications staff will come to your debugging commissioned.

6. Information panel installation height is generally 300mm from the ground inlaid type, or according to home design requirements positioning. The panel can use 86*86mmZ type or 120*70mm type, and can also be according to the decoration style; according to the need to configure RJ11 or RJ45 information socket. The RJ45 information socket should be placed on the wall of the living room and bedroom where the TV is placed.

7. Once the optical fiber entry box is installed and fixed, it should not be shifted and the cabinet structure should not be changed.

8. Fiber-optic cables reserved in the fiber-optic entry box should not be moved. Protection should be done to prevent the fiber from breaking and affecting future use.

9. The optical fiber entrance box cabinet door is made of special materials and should not be replaced or blocked.

10. Do a good job of safety grounding protection of the power cord in the fiber entry box and guard against leakage.

11. Arrange the space layout of the fiber-optic entry box reasonably, and do a good job of binding and fixing various types of cables.
